Mr. Steven A. Sugarman is the Managing Member of COR Capital LLC, CEO of COR Securities Holdings Inc., the parent company of Legent Clearing LLC, and a Director at First PacTrust Bancorp (BANC). Previously, he was a founding Partner and Portfolio Manager for GPS Partners LLC, a $2 billion hedge fund specializing in high yield equity securities including Master Limited Partnerships, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Financials. From 2004-2005 he worked at Lehman Brothers overseeing portfolios of debt, equity and alternative investments. Previously, he founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Sugarman Enterprises Inc., a financial advisory firm specializing in real estate and asset-based loans and of Law Offices of Steven Sugarman Inc. He began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Sugarman is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker and Member of the California State Bar. He is the co-author of The Forewarned Investor: Don’t Get Fooled Again by Corporate Fraud (Career Press). Mr. Sugarman is a graduate of the Yale Law School (J.D.) and Dartmouth College (A.B. with High Honors, Cum Laude). |

Mr. Carlos P. Salas is an Executive Vice President, Direct Investments of COR Capital Corporation. Previously, he co-founded Dolphin Direct Equity Partners, LP, a New York-based private-equity fund focused on structured debt and equity investments in small-market companies. Prior to forming Dolphin, Mr. Salas served as CFO of a private capital equipment manufacturer to lead its financial and operational restructuring. Before this assignment, he was an investment banker with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. and Credit Suisse First Boston, each in Los Angeles, providing M&A and corporate-finance advice to middle-market companies. Mr. Salas is a member of the State Bar of California and practiced law with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York, where he advised clients in connection with debt and equity issuances and cross-border M&A transactions. In addition, he has served on the boards of directors of several public and private companies, and currently serves on the board of Williams Controls, Inc. Mr. Salas is a graduate of The University of Chicago (J.D.) and New York University (B.A.). |

Mr. Hugh Dunkerley is an Executive Vice President, Capital Markets of COR Capital LLC. Previously, he was Manager of Capital Markets at the FDIC and active in implementing the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform, along with the oversight of securities and QFCs (derivatives) with responsibility over the monitoring of counterparty risk. Mr. Dunkerley was part of the small-mid cap equities team at Hunter Wise Financial Group, LLC, and then at Monarch Bay Associates, LLC, where he specialized in investment banking advisory services to US and EU companies. Born in Hong Kong, educated in the UK, Mr. Dunkerley is a graduate of London's Westminster University and MBA South Bank University (MBA), London, and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses from FINRA. |

Mr. Cameron Wald is a Vice President of COR Capital LLC. Previously, Mr. Wald was a Vice President in the Private Equity and Real Estate groups at D. E. Shaw & Co., a $38B multi-strategy hedge fund based in New York. He was also a Senior Analyst in the Investment Management Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Wald is a graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU (MBA) and the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University (BBA). |

Mr. Oshan Wickramanayake is a Trading Analyst at COR Capital LLC. From 2005-2009, he worked as a Financial Analyst at GPS Partners LLC, where he was a member of the trading team and investor relations group. He earned a B.A. in Economics and East Asian Studies from Bucknell University, Pennsylvania in 2005. |
